Please read these terms before using the marketplace.
1. About this marketplace
PWA Masters is a marketplace for Progressive Web App (PWA) products. The platform provides a place for independent sellers to list digital products and for customers to discover and purchase them. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, products are supplied by the seller, not developed or owned by PWA Masters.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or repeated violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Buyers and digital products
Read each product listing carefully, including its description, features, compatibility, demo, included files, license and support terms. Digital products may require technical knowledge, hosting, a domain, third-party services or configuration. Unless a listing promises otherwise, no particular business result, revenue, uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device is guaranteed.
4. Payments and delivery
Prices and accepted payment networks are shown at checkout. A digital download is unlocked after the platform verifies the payment. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible; check the network, token and destination address carefully before sending. Incorrect-network payments, short payments, late payments or transfers that cannot be matched may require manual review and may not be recoverable. Do not send funds based only on messages from unofficial accounts.
5. Seller obligations
Sellers must have the rights and permissions needed to distribute each product and its included assets. Listings must be accurate and must not contain malware, hidden tracking, stolen material, unlawful content, misleading claims or code that violates third-party rights. Sellers must describe material limitations, dependencies, known issues and included support clearly. Sellers may not manipulate reviews, sales, downloads or payment records.
6. Licenses and intellectual property
Purchasing a product grants only the license described on its product page or in the included license terms. A purchase does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership. Buyers may not redistribute, resell or publicly share purchased files unless the applicable license expressly allows it. Sellers retain ownership of their work and grant buyers the rights stated in the listing.
7. Refunds, disputes and moderation
Because digital goods can be accessed or copied after delivery, refunds are assessed under the product's stated terms, the platform's refund rules and applicable law. Contact support with the order ID and relevant evidence if a product is materially different from its description, is corrupt, or cannot reasonably be accessed. We may temporarily hold a transaction or request information while investigating a dispute. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Reviews and user content
You are responsible for content you submit. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not contain threats, personal data, spam, unlawful content or knowingly false statements. We may hide or remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the marketplace available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every third-party demo, dependency or blockchain service will always work. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Suspension and changes
We may remove listings, suspend downloads or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, suspected fraud, intellectual-property complaints or these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date where applicable.
